The one question on your mind right now is, how can you turn your body into one of the Spartans and the answer is, you will need to change your workout to something a little more advanced, something that will yield the results that you want.
The Spartacus workout has various intensifying workout routines to have you looking like a gladiator or one of the Spartans. Below you will find some exercises taken from the
Spartacus workout routine:
First there is the Goblet Squat, which is simply a front squat that you do while holding a dumbbell with both your hands right below your chin.
The single arm weight swing, in this position you are squatting with your arm extended parallel to the floor.
The split jump is an exercise where you begin in a lounging position and then leap into the air. When you land on the ground, your opposite leg should be in the front ready for you to jump again.
The Dumbbell side lounge is an exercise that you will do by lounging sideways instead of forward.
The dumbbell lounge and rotation is an exercise that you will n
eed to do by twisting your body comfortably as you do the front lounge toward the front leg.

The mountain climber is one that is done in a push up position where you are required to move one leg forward, changing the legs as you go.

T-push-up is another Spartacus workout routine that requires that you start in a push-up position. You should do a push-up; however, when you are half-way up you should balance your weight on one hand, while stretching the other hand over your head and to know if you are doing this correctly, then the ending result should leave your body looking like a T.
There are a few other exercise that are included in the Spartacus workout routine; however, you need to keep in mind that they should all be completed in a circuit, meaning that you should do them all, one after the other for a duration of one minute. You should then wait for 15 seconds after each exercise before moving on to the next to allow for proper blood circulation.
