You should always keep your alcohol intake as low as possible, however. You can find health benefits by drinking a little wine. Too much wine is not as good for your health. Your drinking not only affects your liver, but it wreaks havoc on lots of other parts of your body, too. Consuming too much alcohol will negatively affect your health in several ways. So don't drink too much so you can stay as healthy as possible.
You can remain a fit and healthy person in a variety of different ways. Eating a hearty diet, working out on a regular basis and keeping away from things that are bad for you are all great ways to do this.
